No-Cure, No-Fee

Recoveries are performed on a no cure, no fee basis. This means that there is zero risk to you in using our services, and we only collect a fee when we are successful. Our fees are competitive and well below what many other recovery firms charge.

Although no two claims are alike, we have experience recovering on nearly all type of loss - ocean, motor truck, railroad, airline,  warehouse, terminal, container yard, tanker, self-storage facility, fine art, specie, military, and household goods claims.

We have the experience to settle claims on the best possible terms without resorting to costly and time consuming litigation. We have an expert knowledge of cargo standards, national laws,  and treaties that govern contracts of carriage. 

Cargo Standards

Not all cargo is the same. We are familiar with industry packaging standards, security protocols, weights, harvest seasons, temperature requirements, warranties, branding clauses, loss of market, acceptable shortages, and force protection clauses.

Avoid Litigation

We settle nearly all our cases out of court prior to legal proceedings. This allows for quicker outcomes and both greater returns in the long run. Many of our clients who regularly use attorneys in the past have expressed their frustration with the entire process.

Carriers are not in the business of paying out claims.  However, we have well established relationships with carriers across the globe, and can leverage our past experience as claims handlers. It is these personal and professional connections that give us a competitive edge against other recovery agents.
